Amber Technical and Accounts team

This App is the best. I can monitor my car anywhere it is and if there's funny sounds in my car I get a call from the monitoring dept. I also get notifications every time my car starts or stops or vibrate. Generally the app work. I recently changed my phone and am unable to access the app. I don't get notifications anymore but I understand it's the phone compatibility. The only department that's bad is the accounts department they don't respond to calls like their technical department and your queries are never resolved even if you email them. I wish they could pull up their sockses because we also need the account dept as much as their technical team. Pls Account team learn from your other team so that we as customers can refer our family and friends because of your service.
