Amber Connect - What a JOKE

DO NOT BOTHER USING THIS COMPANY!!!!

I had their flagship device installed, which supposedly had all the 'features' included. The technician came to install, took about 4hrs.

*Some other safety features which were supposed to be included in the package, I'm told i need to pay extra for *He broke my panel clips *Broke my dash trimmings *Incorrectly refitted my panels *The device only worked on the day of installation *Couldn't pin my location *Couldn't notice when my ignition was on

I requested the device to be rechecked, it's 3weeks now and i still haven't been contacted. I called to request a dash cam and the called same day🤦🏽♂️ which explained that it's only money they after.

I eventually removed the nonsense in my car and went with another tracking company instead.... I can't be happier😀😀
