Amber connect vehicle tracking is A JOKE please stay clear and get professional assistance elsewhere.

Firstly my actual rating is minus 20 stars. I fitted a tracker in BMW 2018 model and immediately after installation and as soon as the installer had left this wonderful tracker has never worked....ever. It was suppose to be installed on a discrete place yet I found it easily hanging in my boot like a dirty gym sock. I have asked Amber connect very nicely to collect device and cancel subscription but NO such luck for me. 5 months later and I am still being debited and receiving bank charges up the A-hole. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY major ******* from the sales team, installers and through to customer care and management are useless and getting any assistance is an impossible task.
