Amber connect pathetic service

There call centre keeps you holding for long and do not get back to you when you need help especially regarding admin. I have requested to cancel the subscription and was told it was cancelled with no confirmation email obtained. I also requested a refund upon cancellation but they went mute about it and this was paid for 3 years. The service here is just so pathetic, I've never see anything like this. At first i couldn't obtain my tracker report to claim for insurance purpose, its been 2 months already and they still cant provide it
