Outstanding order delivered. Struggling to get my order after paying.

Worst customer service. The company claims to use whatsapp and emails for communication but they fail to respond to our queries especially once one has made a payment to receive goods.

So I purchased clothes and one item was missing. I have been calling and whatapp the company letting them know. They do not respond to my whatapp until I call. When I do call they say they are too busy and have too many customers to attend to so I must be patient.

That time my money is with them.
