FOREIGNERS ARE AGAINST THE RIGHTS OF CONSUMERS IN THIS COUNTRY.

I bought a jump suit dress from this shop on Tuesday and design is not what I have seen on their advert. I tried to return it back but they refused as they said their policy doesn't allow for refund only exchange. I need to understand why other nations comes to make business in this country and have their own laws. What's going on with consumer's rights in this country. Somalians or Pakistan they do as they like in this country while our rights are there and they work against them.
