Most disappointing and appalling service

We received exceptionally bad service from the owner of this company, Andre Pretorius. He quoted to fix an existing pool that needed substantial work, for a substantial amount. Which we paid in good faith. He never returned to check whether the pool was running once filled with water. It was then discovered that he failed to check all the piping, failed to check the sand filter and simply added new sand to a filter with broken discs. When asked about this, he was totally disinterested in hearing anything that was wrong and informed us that we were very welcome to report him to any authority we wanted to. Be warned about this man who has no integrity and definitely no work ethic.
