Bad Service

I phoned Ambassader Foids on the 3 February 2025 at 09h45. I explained to 3 different ladies what information I want to find about one of Ambassadors products but they either they are not listening to what I am saying or they don't understand what I am asking after explaining to them several times. The 3 rd lady I spoke to after asking if there is maybe a shop that sells their products in George Western Cape she says "Nooooo" before even hearing about what product I am enquiring about. Really I have never had to with such unprofessional people this really leaves a bad taste in one's mouth
