BUYER BEWARE

After 40 years in construction I have never experienced such terrible customer service/support and terrible fitting. Doors don't fit or open without huge force and the mess left at our house after the work was done was terrible. After R700,000 cost we were appalled and AAAMSA condemned several of their doors and windows. Powder coatings are peeling off, hinges are wrong and frames are hanging off the walls loose. There could be no worse choice than this company. Their general manager calls herself "the lioness" and she certainly lives up to that name in her aggressive behaviour. The owner refuses to even talk to us. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
