Amazon.com - great at resolving issues/ excellent returns policy.

Amazon is fantastic! I ordered a pair of Caterpillar boots on Amazon in November 2021 as a Christmas gift for my brother. On Christmas Day when my brother tried to wear these boots - one boot was smaller than the other . I contacted Amazon via their chat function on the Amazon app. They returned the money immediately with no hassles. I was not even required to return the defective boots. I have ordered from Amazon many times and whenever I had an issue with an item I bought - Amazon always ensured that the problem was resolved as quickly as possible. No delays and no hassles.
