No contact details, really?

I've just spent half an hour trying to find a contact email for Amazon SA. Ridiculous. My question is not one that can be answered in the "FAQ" topics. How is it possible that there are no contact details? It seems to be intentional sabotage on Amazon SA's side as I see there are many negative reviews here and many people who can't seem to get feedback on their queries and orders. I also see there are no replies or feedback on any of the reviews.
