My Audible and Kindle accounts inaccessible and getting no help from Amazon

My Amazon accounts for Kindle and Audible are inaccessible to me. I have changed my phone number and I cannot login to my accounts. I have been trying to months, more than 6 months now to get my accounts back. I have spent a lot of money on my titles and now just to lose them this way is very unfair.

I keep getting automated responses to my emails and I am finding no joy at all.

I would appreciate assistance from someone from Amazon please.
