*****ed Amazon

I bought my wife a Kindle for Xmas and signed her up for Kindle Unlimited membership. Since then, she has been debited R224 every month BUT has received zero books from Kindle AND when she goes into her account at Amazon, it shows that she has no subsricptions1 What a ****! And then, just try and get hold of someone at Amazon online to help sort it out...it is impossible and an absolute disgrace. I tried to report a *****, but even that failed. Its probably how they are funding their big new building in Cape Town! *****ed *******s!
