This is the worst online shopping retail in the history, 1.They lock you out of your account, so you cannot sign in to sort things out.2. They take your money . 3.When you call them in Washington, thats the only number available they promise you they will sort things out. 4.After a week you're still locked out and you call them back , they cannot assist you , you ask for their supervisor , they dropped the phone on you. 5. You locked out , they took your money , You cannot tract whats happening with your orders , They treat you like they don't care & need you anymore, like a piece of garbage. You send 10 e- mail to them and they don't reply to your email, a robot send it back telling you it's not an reply communications adress. I have bought hundred and hundred of thousand rand of tools , equipment, and you name it online, this is the Worst of all if you want to Throw water into the water go ahead buy from Amazon !
