Amazon Logistics

I have had Amazon Logistics tell me that the puppy I ordered would be on the way with a confirmation email. This was a lie.. all of my calls have been ignored from them further and the puppy is no where to be found on my side. This is a big ****! And highly unprofessional!! Number of person ***
