Your Big Brother Amazon

Most of us are quite computer literate nowadays and we find many sites to be user friendly. Things can be laid out in a logical fashion and easy to find. Amazon is the opposite, all I wanted to do was to change a phone number in my details and I had to put in an extra address to be allowed to edit the original address which I ended up not being allowed to edit anyway. Then I wanted to remove payment methods and they hide that away in a corner somewhere because Amazon obviously doesn't have enough money yet and they are certainly on hard times. Amazon what is up with you? Why all the control?
