Worst service ever

I created my Amazon account because everybody was telling me how good it was. My first problem began with the address I wanted to send to, first customer service representative said restart your phone and the app will take the address, didn't work. Second time around the person told me to uninstall cause there could be a glitch. Didn't work. After many frustrating attempts finally got hold of someone who could help me change the address internally. After this mishap, Amazon suspended my account and canceled all my orders. After 6 days of phoning. Texting chat the problem still wasn't sorted out. What a joke of an organization. Most people answering the phone can hardly speak English.
