Won't pay back my money on a duplicate payment for one item.

They have terrible customer service. I have been charged twice for an item and no one can help me.

I ordered online ONCE; I was then sent 2 items and charged twice. I got ahold of them and hey informed me that they will give me my money back in 3-5 working days and I could keep the second item. I did not get my money back. I get ahold of them a second time just to be told to get ahold of my bank. It shows on my shipping details that they sent two items even though I have ordered one??? But they won't send me my money or reply to my emails. Have gotten ahold of them a third time and we'll see what happens. Very disappointed in the service.
