Unacceptable service

I ordered a book and a wheel as a set, this was for a course I'm busy taking, the ordered arrived and the book was missing, I spoke to customer service and they are expecting me to pay for the product for the second time. They would not allow me to speak to a manager or someone in a higher position. I am disgusted with this service and will never buy from them again or even suggest someone else ever.
