Transferred a loaded gift card balance to another Amazon Account which was locked for no reason

I reloaded my gift balance, and requested that the $175 be transferred to another Amazon account linked email ********** This was done on 27/01/2018. I was requested to provide proof of payment which was sent on 28/01/2018. To date the account has still not been unlocked. Each time I contact Amazon I am given the same ETA of 24 - 48 hours with no resolution in sight. This is the worst service I have ever encountered, and this by a supposed reputable Company. They are more concerned with *****ing your hard earned money!!!
