REFUSAL TO REIMBURSE

I purchase B&O E8 2.0 true wireless headphones and they arrived dead.

Amazon refuses to reimburse me my money.

This is just the beginning of my complaints, if they do not reimburse me I will call them out on Facebook and Twitter as well.
