Please do not buy from Amazon.com

I bought two items from them (two phones). They were both faulty and so we needed to return them. Then instead of getting a refund for a device which they claimed was quality, they can only offer us Amazon.com gift cards. Honestly, please do not buy from these guys, I will never ever do it again. Can't believe how disappointed I am
