Pathetic service from Amazon US

I recently purchased steering rack seals online and double check the part number to ensure that I am buying the correct part

I delayed finishing my race car in order to have the right parts and quality ones fitted

After waiting 2 and a half weeks Amazon shipped the the completely wrong parts in and boxes was opened and damaged Stuck in a pickle as I I have ship the items back before I will get refunded and still do not have the correct items The return will take a month and refund another 7 days

I have lost time money and faith in amazon
