Parcel sitting at aramex for the past 20 days

My parcel has been sitting somewhere for the past 20 days and no one can help or knows were it is or whats happening, the last update reads as "04 Jul 2018 07:25 PMJOHANNESBURG, South Africa Under processing at operations facility"Tracking Number: ********** 482 . I call and the blame is always passed to someone else, i am so frustrated and tired, they dont answer their phones and when they do theres always an excuse with each different consultant
