Package hasnt arrived even though bought 23 May 2017

<p>To who it may concern</p> <p> </p> <p>I bought a package from amazon.com and it hasnt arrived, the package was bought on the 23 May 2017, I cant return the package as I missed the 30 day return time according to the return policy.
