Items not Received and Amazon quiet about it

I placed an order in July and I am still waiting for it. After numerous "Where is my Package?" tracking with Amazon and the Seller, no one has gotten back to me. My bank advised me they cant do a refund of my payment either. Horrible service! I wont buy from Amazon again.
