ITEM NEVER DELIVERED AND NO HELP FROM SELLER OR CUSTOMER SERVICES

I baught somehing for my husband on Amazon a few weeks ago. The delivery date was over a week ago and nothing has arrived yet. I have tried contacting the seller and speaking to someone at Amazon a few times but there was no help from amazon and not even a response from the seller. As soon as the guy I spoke to from amazon heard my problem he only said "sorry to hear " and then disconnected. I lost alot of money because I ordered the Item twice and no-one can give me a straight answer as to where my stuff is
