Im waiting for my order

I placed an order for Nuez De La india nuts on [URL Removed] 26 days ago and still haven't received anything.I was provided with a tracking number but the status of my order has been the same since the 9th of January.I asked seller about the order and she advised that the SA orders takes longer due to post office stricking.All I want to know is where exactly in the world my order is at the moment.
