How Amazon stole my money online!

I ordered a book on the 25th of November 2017 and was told to expect deliver in Dec 2017 from Sandy Books

When I didn't receive my book, I notified them and was then advised that the book is still on its way and that I should wait for few more weeks.

After a few more weeks, I complained again and was then told that the book is lost and that they will refund me.

I complained again that they have still not yet refunded me. Now there's no response from Amazon. It is now June 2018, almost 8 months since I paid them.

They effectively stole my money. Please avoid buying from them online.
