Great Company using Terrible couriers

Good Day Amazon.

You are an excellent company with great service, however, your customer experience is ruined by the fact that you use terrible shipping companies. You always send my orders with Aramex.

Below is my review i have written for Aramex: "Aramex- Worst Courrier company on the face of earth. Aramex is the worst shipping company i have ever dealt with. They are worse than the Post office. Every time i order with them, i have massive delays in receiving my package.

This time they are telling me that the order did not have my correct shipping address on it. Previously they told me that i didnt provide my cell number and email for customs clearance.

All of these details were provided when my order was placed.

The parcel has been sitting in South Africa for over a month.

The best part is that when i call customer service, the pre-recorded message says "youll be surprised with our fast delivery times". With aramex, i'm surprised if i even receive the package at all.

My package has been sitting in South Africa for over a month and is still not delivered.

Your service is pathetic and i will be petitioning Amazon to stop using Aramex as a shipping service provider."

I would kindly request that you consider offering alternative shipping options such as DHL or FedEx. I would even be willing to pay more for shipping if i didnt have to deal with Aramex.

Please, dont ***** your name by associating with garbage service providers.
