*****elent case- Money taken out of my Acc

On my way to work there was a R4160 transaction made by amazon on my credit card and this credit card is not even registered on Amazon. I have been calling all morning trying to find resolution to my issue but the numbers are either not going through and I sent a complaint online to which they said they will reply within 24hrs. I have opened a ********** case. I am based in South Africa and wish to get resolution to this case- Thuli Thwala
