Cant deliver goods or refund the money

<p>I purchased a product off amazon.co.jp. I was advised to cancel the purchase as the supplier couldnt deliver the goods. I enquired about a refund and was told i would be reimburssed in two weeks. That was 5 months ago. Everytime i enquire I get told a different excuse. They even told me my bank does not have evidence of the reimbur*****t. Gotten to the point now were they dont even respond. Basically bunch of *******.</p>
