Awful Amazon

<p>Their websight is the most impossible to navigate I've ever used. It is impossoble , for instance, to find out how to redeem a code. Ultimately you need to speak on the telephone to America and i can never understand them. They refuse to email the procedure to follow. Maybe Amazon UK would be better but I doubt it</p>
