Amazon.com worst business I have dealt with in my life

I ordered and paid for upfront for a product on the 18th. July. All I've got so far after 30 days, are promises and shifted delivery dates. The product is supposed to be forwarded from Cosmetic solutions. They both suck. Never ever again
