Amazon.com - The A-Watch Shop, a third-party seller

I placed the order on 21 September and only received a tracking number after I queried same on 10 October. the tracking number revealed the parcel was only sent that day i.e. 10 October. When I asked the seller for clarity, they canceled my order and issued a refund. The product was to be a gift and now I have to make a last minute substitution. I am appalled by this level of service.
