Amazon.com customer service agent Shalini is the worst.

I placed an order (#***) on Monday 28 Nov. For some reason the payment declined. I was notified of this today and when clicking the link in the email Amazon sent me about the declined payment, I was redirected to my Amazon account which does not have any record of the order I placed.

I tried to get assistance via their online chat and was connected with a turd of a human - Shalini. They sent me a link which redirected me to the same "my account" page. S/he ignored my question asking "why is my order not showing up on my Amazon account." And ended our chat very abruptly. Once the Amazon ****bag ended chat - you no longer have access to the chat so you have no record of their awful interaction with you (very convenient for Amazon).

This is disgusting behaviour from someone whose sole purpose is to assist clients to resolve their queries.

Needless to say I will not be purchasing anything from Amazon again.
