Amazon purchase amount reflecting twice off account

I made my first purchase ever on Amazon and they already managed to **** it up the first time. The purchase order amount reflected twice on my account in the same month 13 days apart. Now I have to sit with the bank and try and get through Amazon support, which is pathetic due to the fact that there are third party businesses involved.

What I waste of effort and time.
