AMAZON is URELIABLE

Amazon is very unreliable, I have an item (Apparently shipped through UPS Tracking ID 1ZAR ********** ********** ) that i was expecting 31 January from US to South Africa, It has not arrived yet...nor was i given an explanation why. ANNOYING SERVICE
