Amazon is the worst ever !! Amazon took money from my account but states they cannot return it back into my account because they do not have my bank details but they deducted money from the very account they have no details of

<p>I signed up on amazon to sell. I was waiting for correspondence fron them but long story short, I found their seller website too complex so I left it, I have never sold or uploaded any item to sell on amazon but in September they deducted $ 39.99 from my account. I sent them emails and opened a dispute with case number ********** 861 and they promised to return my money into my account by 4 October. Right now I'm tolf they can't pay money into my account because They do not have a checking account from me or bank details but they managed to take money out of my account. I find this very ********* and I do not even know where to go, I am in South Africa and I bank with fnb. Amazon id the worst ever</p>
