Amazon = Inept and Untrained customer care

After an entire week of waiting for their so called "internal team" to rectify a simple issue, we are STILL waiting. The delay is costing us money and there is ZERO update from Amazon other than every 72 hours receiving a cut and paste email to say they are "working on the matter". Terrible service. Not sure how they decide to run a business.
