Amazon Amazing!!

Unbelievable good service. I have a Dell laptop (review to be done) that got a charger issue after 2 1/2 years. Dell SA refused to sort out issue on this R15000 laptop, so I determined to fix myself. Worked out that an "AC adaptor cable" was needed. Ordered it from Amazon USA for $5, Postage $3 but gave incorrect address in USA. Reordered part with correct address, $13 postage to Mpumulanga. Part delivered in 4 working days!!! Via DSL, and refunded for first one that cant be delivered. Totally smooth transaction - Unlike most South African online businesses.
