Amazing customer service from Amazon!

I have used Amazon.com on many occasions in the past and was also happy with the service.

This time they really impressed me with the best customer service experience ever.

I ordered a Wok from a seller on Amazon. The website indicates item price, shipping and handling and import duty fee upfront which is great!

The problem was with the seller that afterwards requested additional 20% for shipping. I contacted Amazon to ask why a seller would ask for increase of agreed price and was informed within a hour that they should never do this. They offered for me to order any Wok from a different seller and they would pay for the fastest shipping for free, to make up for my hassle. I could reply to their customer service email (which is great) and only had to send reference for new purchase. They shipping was deducted within the hour as promised.

This is a company that live by their great goal "to be the most customer-centric retailer in the world". I can vouch for that!
