Amazing dealzz horrible service/****

I am absolutely disgusted with this company. I orderder a portable massage bed on the 7th of May 2021.. Never received it.. Called (never answered) , whatsApp (blue ticked with no reply), Facebook messanger (telling me everyweek ETA would be the next week).

I then asked for a refund.. Got a refund notification on the 8th of June with the guy telling me that I must remember that refunds take 10 to 14 days to process and reflect.. It is now one month later and still nothing. I email them everyday. Everytime it's just another excuse or I don't even receive a reply.

All I'm asking for is my refund or my product, but no luck. I have asked them to send me proof that they did infact process the refund (multiple times).. No reply.
