I see that they are now removed from Market Place. They just pocket your money and then they disappear

Good afternoon, I ordered and paid for a pedal exerciser on the 24th of April. My invoice/order number was 1145. I enquired numerous times on market place but lately I just gets ignored. I will really appreciate it if someone could come back to me ragarding my purchase
