I've joined amazing vouchers the beginning of 2013 and they advised me I could book for a holiday after I've paid for 10 months, last year October I called them to book for my Dec holiday they told me they are fully booked. And they advised me to book in Jan for 2015 for Dec 2015 and I took their advice and called them but no one was answering the phone, I later found out they were closed.I decided to send an email which they only rep**** after a week or so and I asked them to call me on that mall because I wanted some clarification on few things but they didn't. I kept sending them mails and they told me I can book which I did and book for Dec and I never got any reply. Today I decided to call them to confirm my booking but to my surprise Lynette told me hey are already fully booked, I'm shocked by this exactly when am I supposed to enjoy my money that they keep deducting from me if I'm always gonna get a same story. Harris decided not to respond to my emails their service us bad they just reeping people their hard earned cash. I want my refund or my holiday this year as I'm not willing to wait for another year.
