URGENT MEMBERSHIP CANCELATION

Yesterday morning I was signed up by Keandra. After been alerted to the many bad reviews on this company , I chose to retract my membership . This was approx an hour after signing up. I called in, was transfered several times by Kemeshnie and Pearl. Finally transferred to a very rude Sivu whom after taking my details AGAIN, advised that I would be contacted shortly. Yesterday afternoon, after not been contacted, I called In again, unfortunately transfered to Sivu once again , who advised that I would now be contacted within 2 days. Still very rude and not willing to assist further .advised that there was no ref # to be issued either. I've been calling all morning today and my calls are being dropped for some reason. I have since instructed my banker to cancel this debit mandate . Still awaiting confirmation of this cancelation as an agent from Amazing Vouchers is yet to make contact with me. Sivu could do with Customer Service training .
