29 Jun 2023, 16:18after i authorised your debit order it reflected as a negative in my account because i did not have money in my account at that time. Later the debit order has been removed from my transactions no record of it whatsoever even my banker could not locate it and my account is still on a negative.
when i then get my money R300 is then deducted because it was reflecting as a negative even after the debit order disappeared.
please check with your account department and refund me my money.
