they do not cancel membership as requested

I cancelled my membership three years ago and to honest I do not remember sending anything in writing but made a phone call. I was told it was fine. I am still paying. When I called on Monday I was told it would be investigated. I got a call from a very rude and aggressive lady telling me I must give three months notice in writing or give her the name of the person I spoke to three years ago to be investigated. She does not stop talking and just goes on and on. Do not register with these people it is a money making racket. I have never used the vouchers. I used to get emails telling me about the super offers now I don't so I thought that the cancellation was getting sorted out. Suddenly I am told they do not send emails anymore and what do I want them to email.
