Terrible customer service

Guys I would not recommend this company - just last month I explained to a manager why I could not afford the service right now - and he told me it was canceled my account was debited once again for a service I’m not even using- I’m sick and tired of wasting airtime trying to get a hold of this people - The worst service by far Last month I was understanding but to do the same **** this month again is just unacceptable.
