Stop debiting my account

To whom it may concern

I have cancelled this subscription months ago.

To date I never received any confirmation or feedback regarding my query.

Every month my bank account gets debited but I use that account anymore .

Every month I receive a sms on my number saying a debit went off.

Please could this be sorted as I don’t want this service anymore .
